1. Drop Off
If you have unfortunately been in an accident where your vehicle has been damaged, we’re here to take the frustration out of not having a vehicle for an extended period of time. Simply call us and arrange for the drop off of your vehicle. We work quickly with insurance providers to give you a free estimate before we start the repairs.
2. Repairing Body Damage
Once we assess the damage, the first part of the repair process is to remove any parts that require separate repair or replacement. From there we mend any body and structural damage. Throughout this process, we continuously perform quality inspections to ensure you are getting the highest quality of work.
After all body work has been finished, your vehicle will undergo a paint job. After utilizing the industries best technology for color matching, we apply fresh paint to any area that needs it. Once painted, your vehicle is polished and inspected.
Once your vehicle has fresh paint, we reassemble any doors, lamps, grills, or any other parts that were involved in the repair. After our expert technicians have reassembled your vehicle, it undergoes another quality control inspection so we can confidently and safely get you back on the road.
5. Car Wash
We never return a car until it has been fully washed and vacuumed. Not only do we want you to have a clean car when it’s finally returned, but this gives us another opportunity to inspect the quality of our cosmetic work.
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. This is why your car is inspected for quality control continuously throughout the entire repair process. Our top priority is getting your car perfectly back to pre-accident condition. Our promise is that you don’t have to deal with the hassle of an incomplete or unsatisfactory repair job.
7. Vehicle Return
Once we finish the repair job, we contact you to come back to our facility to pick up your car. We do one final inspection and go over the paper work with you. Together we review the vehicle and repairs that were completed before we finally hand back the key to you.
You can drive away worry-free knowing that you have a life-time warranty on all repairs done at Masters Auto Craft. We have faith in our expertise and equipment to perform any repair job you need.
